The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a good area. The location was exceptionally nice - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Wonderful service. Our microwave did not work. It was replaced immediately with a letter from Chris apologizing for inconvenience. He gave us two bags with water and snacks as a way of thanking us for our patience. Very nice and unexpected. Definitely a nice touch. I will be back next time I visit my family in Sherman.

size of room and the hotel location were good.
Hot tub was not operational and had been out of operation for a long period of time. This was not communicated on the internet hotel info. Beds were comfortable but they were very tall and the pillows were very small.

Staff, cleanliness, wifi, everything but my very own frog!
There was a frog outside the window that kept me awake most of the night. I realize nothing could be done but it sure made for a less enjoyable sleep.

This place is a go-to spot for staying over. The rooms come with a fridge and fresh bedsheets, which is really handy. The location is just right, and the staff here are super friendly and always ready to assist. There's also a good restaurant on site 👍.
